Post N.A Literature

Does anyone know where I can get free N.A books. I have recently been released from prison into a work release facility and have no money but take my sobriety and recovery very serious. If anyone knows how, where, and when I can get free N.A books and step guides please let me know. Thank you

Are there any local groups near you?
Some groups have what they call H and I which stands for hospitals and institutions where they reach out to jails, halfway houses, sober homes, hospitals etc. They would be more than glad to hook you up with some literature.

Even if they don't have H and I if you reach out to a local group someone will more than likely provide you with what you need.

One of their mottos is we can't keep what we have unless we give it away.

Good luck and please stick around here.
It's a great bunch of folks with a ton of knowledge. I believe we cannot have too much support.

Go to na.org and you will be able to find meetings in your town/city. You should not have to pay for NA books at a meeting. I wish you well and I'm glad to hear you are taking your recovery seriously.

Thanks for adding the web address Anna!

I missed that in my haste.
My experience is if you need it and can't afford it they will give it to you.
I was offered to have mine bought for me but I am able to afford it and declined and paid for it.

Welcome to SR 475King2024
there is a download page on na.org.au (Australia) that covers some booklets and pamphlets, if that’s any help?

Hi 475King

Best wishes with your recovery. If you seek recovery like a man on fire seeks water you will have no problems at all. You never have to reoffend or use again.
