Robbie can’t beat a nice treat. Sounds tasty. Our Co-Op does some good price cuts too.
I don’t think the spiders realise it’s summer. I’ve just had one of those long legged, almost invisible critter join me on the sofa!! They didn’t get the memo!

Day 347 ODAAT I felt crappy all day yesterday, almost like a hangover. Headache off and on all day plus late in the day some mild nausea even though I never threw up. I got out there first thing in the morning and mowed to try to beat the heat but the headache started after that. I didn't sleep good either. The neighbor's dog kept barking all night. Finally gave up and got up about 4 am so maybe I can sleep better this afternoon before I go to work.

I had the best time at the Highland Games yesterday! I loved the "heavy" events. Those guys were amazing! A guy from California won most events, and broke the record, and his personal best for an event (sorry, can't remember the name) where you have to swing a 56lb weight and hoist it over a bar. He cleared 16feet 3inches on his 3rd try. It was epic!
The pipe bands were mesmerizing.
Anna, I missed the dancers, as they were on in the morning and our group was hiking then. I thought of you. I'd have liked to have seen them.
It was perfect weather. A lovely day all in all!

I am tired today - spent much of last night watching Le Mans athough it was raining and therefore tedious safety car conditions for a time. Well done Ferrari. I will watch the football in bed (one of the joys of being single)
