I have the ocean to keep it 76f / 24.4c today. Unfortunately that's not gonna last all summer. I do expect it to get in the 100+f / 38+c sometime before the fall comes. A 5 hour drive from me is Death Valley. 124f / 51c temps today if I need to get some evaporation done with the traditional single digit humidity. Soaking wet clothing will completely dry in minuets. I know I have camped there in the summer time and winter time. The moon like landscape is a marvel of nature that place, almost mystical.

Everybody needs someone or something to look up to for guidance and inspiration. I like this dude

I’m home safe and sound. I did not buy alcohol on the way home from work. I’ve been listening to the Recovery Elevator podcast in the car on the drive home.

I made bean and rice soup for dinner. I’ve got a book I’m going to read for a couple of hours. Grateful to know I won’t be hung over tomorrow morning. ODAAT. Day 2.

🏔️ Alpine … 🥶💙😂 Me & Jelly just walked into this oh-so-cool bedroom!

At 5:00pm it was 98 degrees on the porch!!!

I’m surrounded by all these Christmas trees here on the land & the mountains. My brain think it should be a cool & comfy temperature outside.

Tomorrow is the 100 degree day (per the forecast). Mmmmmm …. 🙄🥵.
