Good morning folks,
I don't really count the days,
I have to Google it.
But it's 215 days now and feel better than I have in years.
Exercise for an hour most mornings,
But not in past week, too bloody hot here in Ny!
My weight finally dropped below 200#
I was starting to think it wasn't possible
My liver is back to metabolizing food instead of cleaning up toxic wine constantly
And hey, look mom, no more Chardonnay calories!
I'm keeping busy gardening and tinkering with my old Model T.
I hope everyone gives it their best,

im finding myself not really counting daily either… checking the counter online every few days.
32 days alcohol free
29 days weed free
about 3 weeks free of ADhD & antidepressant meds

Thank you Anna, Listae, FF, and RAL! Congrats to all of you as well for logging another sober day. Sorry you were up early and had nightmares FF. I hope you enjoyed your math work this morning.
Congrats FreeOwl, Zenith, Runner, DD, and everyone else that notched another sober day.
It has been incredibly hot here this last week. It’s been the hottest 7-day stretch in 30 years. I usually dont mind hot weather but I’m ready for a break! I’ve got a busy day with errands planned but also hope to read my book and get started on meditating again. I use the Headspace app and find it nice to take 10 minutes everyday to meditate and breathe. Haven’t done it in a while and need to get back to it.
I am committed to 24 more sober hours with you all. I won’t be picking up that first drink today. ODAAT

One of the great things about getting SOBER for a little bit now is figuring out what what part of an unhealthy situation is you and what part is a negative situation that sabot a two-way dynamic.
I need boundaries from negative situations to STAY SOBER!
